Founder / General Partner
Founder and CEO of MoPub, acquired by Twitter in 2013 for $700mm post-IPO. Also founded MAX (acquired by AppLovin) and CloudX ($30mm Series A). Jim launched Breakpoint Capital in 2018. Prior to MoPub, Jim was a product manager at Google. Jim has a BS Computer Science from MIT.

Jack Kern
Venture Partner
Jack led buy-side business development for MoPub and MAX. After MAX, Jack joined The Trade Desk to lead their CTV efforts. Jack has a B.A in Business Management and a B.A in Psychology from Gettysburg College.

Micah Gantman
Venture Partner
Micah led camera and augmented reality product and partnerships for Snapchat. Earlier, he ran all client and partner facing parts of the organization at TUNE, a mobile marketing analytics SaaS platform. Micah has a B.A. in Graphic Design from Washington State University.
